Xmas 2021 Giveaway Promo
1. The Spigen X-Mas Giveaway E-Raffle Promo shall run from December 1 to 24, 2021.
2. E-Raffle entry minimum single receipt purchase:
o Customers are entitled to (1) e-raffle entry for every Php 1,000 single receipt purchase from any Spigen branch. Any form of cancellation / refund will forfeit entry(ies).
3. Customers who wish to join the promo is required to fill up the Google form https://forms.gle/jp2MxX5L2X6c18CA6 for submission of e-raffle entry(ies) with the following complete information:
o Complete name
o City
o Province
o Birthday
o Mobile number
o Email address
o Receipt number
o Receipt amount
o Spigen branch
4. Customers can use a unique receipt number once to enter the raffle. It is the customer’s responsibility to protect the receipt number from any misuse. Multiple submissions of raffle entries using the same receipt number will be disqualified.
5. Incorrect/incomplete e-raffle entry submissions will be disqualified.
6. Purchases are only qualified if transactions are made during the promo period from December 1 to 24, 2021 and are from any Spigen OFFLINE kiosk / store.
7. Cut-off date of submission of e-raffle entries will be on December 31, 2021 10:00 pm. 8. All e-raffle entries are still subject to validation/verification during the e-raffle draw. 9. Spigen will be giving away the three (3) prizes:
o One (1) Apple Watch SE 40mm + One (1) Spigen Ultra Hybrid Clear Case
o One (1) Apple AirPods 3 + One (1) Spigen Classic Shuffle Cactus Green Case
o One (1) Spigen F301w Wireless Charger + One (1) Spigen S350 Velo Selfie Stick
10. Two (2) alternative winners per prize will be drawn on the draw date in case of non-response from the initial set of winners.
11. Winners shall allow himself / herself to be featured in any and all publicity materials connected to the promo.
12. Upon submitting the entry, the shopper explicitly authorizes Spigen PH to process sensitive personal information in the performance of the promotion. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
13. Winners will be announced on January 4, 2022 in our Facebook and Instagram account.
14. The winners shall be notified via registered e-mail. Customers must acknowledge receipt of notification. If no response is received within (5) five business days, an alternative winner will be selected.
CLAIMING OF PRIZES
15. All prizes are tax free and will be shouldered by Spigen PH.
16. For the winners,
o GMA winners can claim their prize at the Manila warehouse. To claim the prize, the winners shall present the following:
a) two (2) valid government issued IDs (driver’s license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, passport, etc.) with complete name, photo and signature
b) winning receipt
c) notice sent via e-mail.
o Provincial winners, who cannot pick-up the prize must email the required documents to spigen.philippines@yahoo.com for validation and may assign an authorized representative to claim the prize. Authorized representative shall present the following:
a) a copy of the signed letter of authorization from the winner
b) two (2) valid government issued IDs each of the winner and representative (driver’s license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, passport, etc.) with complete name, photo and signature
c) winning receipt
d) notice sent via e-mail.
o In the case of special shipping requests, the winner shall shoulder the corresponding shipping costs to the desired location.
17. Winners shall shoulder all costs he/she may incur in claiming the prize (transportation fares, meal expenses, parking, etc.).
18. Winners have thirty (30) days to claim the prize from receipt of notification via registered e-mail. Otherwise, this will be forfeited.
19. Prizes are NOT subject to returns/replacements/warranties.
20. Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
21. Customers can only win once in the e-raffle. In case a customer wins twice, the customer will be awarded with the prize of higher value.
22. Employees of Spigen, service providers and agencies are disqualified from joining the promo. Employees caught manipulating the result of the promo in favor of their family, relatives and friends will be sanctioned and prizes will automatically be forfeited.
23. In case of any dispute, the decision of Spigen shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
