All our products purchased within 7 days can be returned for a replacement if received with factory defect.
Our store is following R.A. 7394 also known as the Consumer's Act of the Philippines.
“Shoppers always have the right to return the item if it is defective. But for other reasons, like they changed their mind or they bought the wrong size , model or color, or they want to exchange it for another item, the establishments have the prerogative to accept the item back or not,”
The Prohibition on the "No return, No exchange policy" does not apply if the product bought is in perfect condition or has no defect.
This policy is only valid for naturally defected item as that counts as a production error.
Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error.
Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, normal wear and tear, carelessness by the user, discoloration or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for this warranty. For the product that comes as a package, we only replace the defected item from the package, and this replacement will be good for one time.
For screen protectors/glass products/accessories no refund or exchange will be offered after installation took place, this policy applies purely due to the nature of the product.
Only products that are purchased directly from Spigen.ph are eligible for this warranty as other sellers/channels may offer different or altered warranties.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear from daily use of product
Product was used for unintended purposes
Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product
Failure of installation (tempered glass and film products)
Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
Product is not genuine or not manufactured by Spigen
3rd party purchases are not covered under Spigen warranties
Requirements for Returns
The Spigen warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Must include a valid original purchase order number and receipt from Spigen.ph.
Purchases made outside of Spigen.ph must contact respective seller/branch for returns.
Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
We will not be liable for broken/damaged tempered glass items during shipment. (All items should be well packed with bubble-wrap)
Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Spigen Philippines is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
● Except for the express warranties provided herein, Spigen Philippines makes no express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition, Spigen Philippines will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.
● Spigen Philippines reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit Spigen product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.
● Defects caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defects caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the above mentioned warranties. For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied.
● Excluding the express warranty provided, Spigen Philippines, in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Spigen product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.
